We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable products (if applicable)


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


💰 Restocking Fee

  • A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover processing and handling costs


🔁 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. If approved, return instructions will be shared

  4. Ship the product back as per the instructions provided

Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.


💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • The refund amount will be after deducting the 2% restocking fee
